Charging Books to Financial Aid

Can I use my financial aid to pay for my books?
Absolutely! Through the first week of the term, as long as you have sufficient funds to pay for your tuition, fees and books, your name will appear on a bookstore list allowing you to charge books against your financial aid. However, if a loan is involved, you must have completed your promissory note and we must have certified your loan for your name to appear on the list.

When can I charge my books?
Once the majority of books are available in the bookstore, a bookstore list is generated daily. You can only charge your books through the end of the drop-add period each term. Once the standard drop-add period has ended, you can no longer charge books against your financial aid because your account is zeroed out and remaining funds are sent to you.
