Reciprocity

The Reciprocity Program provides tuition reciprocity for residents of states such as Wisconsin, North Dakota or South Dakota.  Students who qualify pay the established reciprocity fee for course work.

Wisconsin, North Dakota, and South Dakota residents are encouraged to file for reciprocity online.

Wisconsin Reciprocity forms are available at http://www.heab.state.wi.us/

North Dakota reciprocity forms are available at: http://www.mheso.state.mn.us/hesod/NDReciprocity/apply1.cfm

South Dakota reciprocity forms are available at: http://www.ris.sdbor.edu/administration/policy_planning/MNSDReciprocity.htm.

The Midwest Student Exchange Program (M.S.E.P.) was established as a means to reduce tuition rates for students and families.  It is open to students in the states of Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Nebraska.  Typically, out-of-state students pay non-resident tuition, however the M.S.E.P students pay a reduced rate. All you need to do is apply for admission to Lake Superior College and indicate that M.S.E.P status is desired.
