Check Semester Grades

Go to https://webproc.mnscu.edu/eservices/login.html?campusid=302 to log on to e-services
From the menu on the left choose "Grades and Transcripts"
Click "Check Grades" from the highlighted options on the left.
Enter the semester you wish to check your grades for and click "Continue".

Run your Degree Audit for your #1 Ranked Program  

Go to https://webproc.mnscu.edu/eservices/login.html?campusid=302 to log on to e-services
From the menu on the left choose "Grades and Transcripts"
Click "Degree Audit Report" from the highlighted options on the left.

Run your Transcript

Go to https://webproc.mnscu.edu/eservices/login.html?campusid=302 to log on to e-services
From the menu on the left choose "Grades and Transcripts"
Click "Academic Record" from the highlighted options on the left.
Choose the order you want your courses to appear in.
Click "Get Academic Record".

View or Change (drop/add/withdraw) your Schedule

Go to https://webproc.mnscu.edu/eservices/login.html?campusid=302 to log on to e-services
From the menu on the left choose "Courses and Registration"
Select either "View/Modify Class Schedule" from the highlighted options or "Quick Add (Register) if you know the 6 digit course ID you wish to add
Follow the prompts.

Check your Account - Make a Payment

Go to https://webproc.mnscu.edu/eservices/login.html?campusid=302 to log on to e-services
From the menu on the left choose "Bills and Payment"
Click the option you want (balance due, full account detail, or make a payment).
Follow the prompts.
