Graduation Information

Students who have met the requirements to graduate in their program must complete a Graduation packet.  A separate packet is required for each award that is being requested.  This packet should be completed at the time a student is in his/her last term of attendance and deadlines will be posted.  The application is done online and involves several documents.  All steps must be completed once the process is begun.

If all requirements have been achieved, a diploma will be mailed to the student 8-10 weeks after final grades have been submitted.  All student accounts must be cleared before a diploma can be released.
