Preferred Lender List Criteria
This checklist is used to determine if LSC will accept a lender as a preferred lender. Those lenders that meet the required criteria and have the highest total score are chosen to be listed on LSC's preferred lender list.
Minnesota Lender Codes by City
If the lender you wish to use is not on LSC's preferred lender list, you may identify the lender's code from this list of Minnesota lenders. If your lender is not on the list, you may either contact the lender for their lender code, or you may contact LaNita Robinson, LSC's loan officer, at 218-733-7616 and request a paper loan promissory note.
