• "What If Worksheet"  - a user friendly set of questions for persons interested in transforming an innovative idea into a fundable grant proposal
• "Realize Your Grant Potential" - a brief application and signature approval form

Both documents are required for all "Realize Your Grant Potential" applicants.

Form I - Project Concept (a set of questions for faculty and administrators who are requesting that an LSC grant be developed).

Form II - Budget Considerations (a worksheet to outline costs and benefits to develop a grant funding opportunity or new initiative).
