Graduation Application
Step 2 - Student Loan Exit Information
If you received a Stafford Loan while attending Lake Superior College. Federal regulations require that you undergo loan exit counseling shortly before graduation. Once submitted, Lake Superior College will be notified via e-mail.
If you have already done your exit loan counseling, continue your online graduation packet now. If not, continue below.
Documents that you will need to complete exit counseling include:
- Your social security number
- Your driver’s license number
- Name, address, telephone number of next of kin
- Name, address, telephone number of two references at different addresses whom the lender could contact if they should lose contact with you
- Name, address, telephone number of your expected employer (if known)
- Name of guaranty agency who guaranteed your student loans
- Name of your lender

We will notify your guaranty agency that you have graduated from Lake Superior College. It is your responsibility to contact your guaranty agency with your last date of attendance, address changes and requests for deferment or forbearance.
Your monthly loan payments will begin six months after leaving college. Contact your lender for more information regarding your payment requirements.
