Meeting Minutes: November 3, 2004

Members Present: Timothy Benson, Michele Keane, Barb Thoreson

• Program Information

Michele passed around information that she received on various study abroad programs and faculty development seminars.

• International Travel Handbook

Candy met a MNSCU representative, Kris, at Rutger's. Kris gave Candy a MNSCU approved release form that we will add to the ITH. We'll have an update on the form at the next meeting. Kris will also be at the joint NE meeting.

• Mexico Trip

Agenda items proposed by Hanna concerning the Mexico trip were tabled until we could meet with Jim.

• Budget

We are still waiting on approval of the IEC and Mexico Trip budgets.

• Other Business

The next meeting will be held on December 1 st at 1:00 p.m. in the Academic Conference Center.
