Diversity Committee
The LSC Diversity Committee is committed to fostering a positive learning and working environment. Our role is to assist in the creation of an environment in which every member of the college community is valued and everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Our goal is to help create a more diverse, inclusive and welcoming academic community.
The Diversity Committee meets monthly during the academic year. The meetings are open to the LSC community.

Cinco de Mayo
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo (Fifth of May) with music, cultural information and free nachos in the Commons from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5th! Sponsored by the Spanish Club and the Diversity Committee.
Celebration of Nations
LSC will host a Celebration of Nations event on Friday, April 25th from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Commons. Free and open to the public, this event will feature music performances, ethnic dancing, and a fashion show. Cultural booths highlighting cultures from around the world will also be displayed.
This event is brought to you by the United Students Club, with sponsorship from the LSC Intercultural Center and the Diversity Committee.
