Reciprocity

By completing the "Reciprocity Program Application for Resident Fee Status" and being approved for reciprocity resident status, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Manitoba residents may attend public institutions in Minnesota at a reduced rate .  Admission requirements are identical to those for Minnesota residents.  Potential out-of-state students interested in attending LSC can obtain a reciprocity application by contacting their state of residence at the following:
